Latest sales policy of HPC Landmark 105 project
Hai Phat Capital would like to announce the sale policy applied for customers who deposit to buy HPC Landmark 105 apartments as follows:
I. Special incentive program is only available for sale in May 2018
1. Package for Vietnamese customers:
a) Furniture package
Customers are offered "Interior Equipment" package as follows:

Note: The gift is converted into money minus the total sales price of the apartment including tax AND and no maintenance fees

- 02 years free for car charges
c) Health Care Combo Packages
Customers are offered "Health Combo Package" with a term of 03 years, including gym, swimming and yoga services of 45 million VND.
d / Owner provides interest rate supports for customers.
Customer who borrow to pay up to 95% of the apartment's value in advance will be supported by the owner with the following incentives:
- 0% interest rate support within 12 months.
- The loan term is 12 months.
- Free of charge for repayment before maturity within 12 months.
- In the case of advance payment of 95% of the value by equity, a discount of 3% (three percent) of the selling price of the apartment will be discounted (Value of the apartment is the value of the apartment after other discount / deduction (if any)).
2. Package for foreign customers:
a. Gift combos and golf equipment
Customers are given gifts combos and golf equipment as follows

Customers are offered "Health Combo" package with a term of 03 years including gym, swimming and yoga services worth 45,000,000 VND.
c) The program of subleasing the apartment
The owner commit to lease the apartment within 3 years for the customers buying the apartment in this period with the details as follows:
- Commitment: The rent is 5% of the value of the apartment / year (Apartment value is the value under the sales contract excluding VAT and Maintenance fee). Sublease must be registered at the time of signing the contract.
- In case customers refuse to involve in the contract, the owner will be entitled to a discount of 3% (three percent) of the selling price of the apartment (Value of the apartment is the value of the apartment after other discount / deduction (if any)).
